Due to the size of our club, we have to limit the total number of members to 1,200. Once that number is reached, no new members will be accepted. When the number dips below 1,200, we will accept new members.
Anyone who is currently a member will continue as a member as long as they keep their membership current.
Yearly dues are $50.
The renewal application is at the bottom of the page. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view, fill out and sign the renewal form. If you use other PDF viewing software besides Acrobat Reader we will likely be unable to view the filled form. Contact the Secretary via email if you have questions about using the renewal form. There are three ways to fill out the form and get it to the club:
1) The form can be filled out and signed electronically and sent back via email, firstname.lastname@example.org. Your payment will need to be mailed to the address on the bottom of the renewal form.
2) The form can be printed out after being filled out and signed electronically. Enclose the printed form with your payment and mail to the address on the bottom of the renewal form.
3) Print out the blank form and fill it out by hand. We have a lot of difficulty with handwriting we can not read so please write legibly. Enclose the form with your payment and mail to the address on the bottom of the renewal form.
Note: Please write your membership number in the memo area of the check particularly if you are using option 1.
Any current member who does not renew by the end of January will risk losing their membership as we will allow new members to join in March and may reach the membership cap.
New members applications are only taken between March and August. Go to the ‘HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER’ tab to get the information and form. New member applications sent using the renewal form on this page will not be processed.
